Course Content

Bio-Geometric Return is a 8-week initiation container that helps you move into your next phase of life with a clear intention. We use an intentional framework to pass on timeless tools, maps and wisdom for you to keep and share. We work using the laws of 3 and 7 to gently clear space for new perspectives, stories and experiences to find you. Each ceremony will be guided by experienced facilitators and accompanied by herbs, sacred resins, cacao and a very unique integration method that takes a story of “mine” into a “myth”. This way, we make the personal collective and reframe our patterns of disempowerment to be integrated and digested as evolutionary knowledge.

CONTAINEr overview

  • In the first week we look at who you are now, what your walk is, and what your talk is. We discuss the concept of a protagonist in the story and set intentions for who this protagonist is destined to become.

  • We delve into the blockage of our Root Chakra - Fear/Guilt assisted by herbs, fire and shamanic journey.

  • How does a blocked sacral show up? Here we unpack everything from creation to pain/pleasure dynamics, codependency and victimhood. We also get a visit from Tullulah Toone to share some self care rituals.

  • Here we make peace with what we can no longer control and step into inner authority and sovereignty with what we CAN control.

  • The beginning of ascension of our consciousness is tenderly explored through witnessing our grief and finding tools to be with it. We journey deep with Mama Cacao, somatic release and the electromagnetic field.

  • Blocked by jealousy, the throat finally has a chance to sing again from a place of resolve. We learn to see jealousy as our tool for aspiration and open the throat back into loving vibration with Kiowa.

  • Here we graduate from the vision of ourselves into the vision of collective. The themes explore delusion, personal gifts and how we can bring this to the world.

  • In this final week we bring it all back together with prayer, symbol and intention. We share our experiences over food and bring offerings to the unseen world that has supported us so far.

  • An integration call to catch up and feel into how the container served us. A safe space to share and let go of anything that may not have yet cleared.

What to Expect

  • There is a map that works, it has been handed down through a lineage of teachers. I have been grateful to received this and use it in my own life to transcend chaos into order. With this structure, I help you do the same thing.

  • We blend a variety if modalities to open and transcend old stories that disable progression. Each week we delve deep with complimentary herbs, cacao, rituals and practices, somatic enquiry, mythology, art, creativity, scents and incenses. The purpose of this is to access multiple dimensions and plains at the same time.

  • This container is lead by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose. Your story, your heart and your experiences are safe here to land and find new roots.

    Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself. Each of the facilitators and supporters are here to help navigate and guide this journey as best we can for you.
