In Bio-Geometric Return, we work with seven as a living framework — exploring how these patterns can be experienced through the physical, mental and spiritual dimensions of your life.

We begin with the self as protagonist — exploring the identity you're living from, the stories that have shaped you, and the person you're ready to become.
This is where we take authorship of the next chapter and begin to orient ourselves towards the life we are here to create.

What lies beneath the patterns we live from?
We explore the foundational wounds and patterns that shape our sense of safety, belonging and survival.
Here we begin to understand the roots of fear and guilt, and how the stories we formed around them can continue to influence the way we move through life.

What becomes possible when we expand our creative force?
Here we unpack everything from creation to pain and pleasure, exploring the dynamics of desire, intimacy, codependency and victimhood.
We explore what happens when our creative and sensual energies become blocked or distorted — and what becomes possible when we begin to free them.

Here we make peace with what we can no longer control and step into inner authority and sovereignty over what we can.
This is where we begin to reclaim our power, untangle the identities we've built around survival, and choose what we want to embody instead.

The beginning of the ascension of consciousness is tenderly explored through witnessing our grief and finding tools to be with it.
We journey deep with Mama Cacao, somatic release and the electromagnetic field, exploring the heart as a gateway to deeper feeling, connection and awareness.

What if jealousy could become a map?
Blocked by jealousy, the throat finally has a chance to sing again from a place of resolve.
Here we learn to recognise jealousy as a tool for aspiration — revealing what we long for, what we value and what is asking to be expressed.
With Kiowa, we open the throat back into loving vibration and give voice to what is ready to be heard.

Here we graduate from the vision of ourselves into the vision of the collective.
We explore delusion, personal gifts and the discernment needed to bring what is uniquely ours into the world — moving from seeing who we are to seeing what we are here to contribute.

How do we carry the work forward?
In this final week, we bring it all back together through prayer, symbol and intention.
We share our experiences over food, honour the journey we've taken, and bring offerings to the unseen world that has supported us along the way.
This is a week of integration — gathering what we've discovered, giving thanks for what has moved through us, and setting our intention for what comes next.

SAFETY / EARTH / ENVIRONMENT
Creating intentional containers is fundamental to our work. We cannot experience integration when the body or mind feel unsafe. Structure creates safety — and from safety, authentic expression becomes possible.
SACRIFICE / AIR / ATTENTION
Devotional release is foundational to growth and expansion. Loss clears the ground, allowing light to reach what was once hidden. A willingness to offer what is no longer aligned as sacrifice gifts that which is right for us in return.
SOFTENING / WATER / EMOTION
Softening is a conscious choice.When we are willing to soften our beliefs, what is true can be revealed. After major upheaval, softening is a sacred act of personal sovereignty and agency. It is also where we can find our joy.
SURRENDER / FIRE / WILL
There is liberation in knowing you have taken something as far as you are able to — as my good friend says: “Do your best and let spirit do the rest.” Surrender is not passivity; it is trust. Life continually invites us to move between work and yielding, learning the wisdom of timing.

Once upon a time, we told stories around a fire. Great myths and small daily happenings, the fire was our very first television - tell a vision.

Hey, I’m Mars Woods.
Guiding others through initiatory thresholds came after navigating many of my own. But, since working with my own teachers I learned the value of collaboration and experience. Working through the chakras and finding purpose with my gifts has been life changing.
I’m so excited to share this work that evolved after nearly 15 years of deep transformational work. I can relate to your perspectives because I’ve been there and found tools that work.
If you’re reading this, I already know that you’re seeking liberation, sovereignty and self love. I also know that what worked for me was initiating into the second level of teachings which opened my centres of awareness and geared my perception towards expansion and peace of being.

Trusting the process and showing up are the main components of this container. If you’re worried about this, just let us knw and we’ll keep a close eye on each of the participants to ensure everyone rises and moves together.

You’re only going to get from this as much as you’re willing to give yourself. So, keep showing up even if you don’t want to, do the work and be honest with yourself. If you can do these three things, you’re going to hit the road running.

You can share if you feel a call. Each week, we’ll ask if anyone wishes to share but there is no pressure.

Yes there are, you can choose to pay in one go or over 5 months.

Within the first week, you’ll begin to notice subtle shifts of awareness. As each week goes on, your perspectives, behaviours and thoughts will become clearer.

For the best engagement no more than 15-30 minutes per day. You could do nothing and still notice a shift, but the more you integrate your own experiences, the better it will be.

Yes.
It’s going to greatly enhance your experience of work and play. The weekly meet ups are on Sundays only so shouldn’t interfere with a 9-5 job.
What to Expect

There is a map that works, it has been handed down through a lineage of teachers. I have been grateful to received this and use it in my own life to transcend chaos into order. With this structure, I help you do the same thing.

We blend a variety if modalities to open and transcend old stories that disable progression. Each week we delve deep with complimentary herbs, cacao, rituals and practices, somatic enquiry, mythology, art, creativity, scents and incenses. The purpose of this is to access multiple dimensions and plains at the same time.

This container is lead by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose. Your story, your heart and your experiences are safe here to land and find new roots.
Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself. Each of the facilitators and supporters are here to help navigate and guide this journey as best we can for you.
